1. We cannot send seeds to the EU but we send seed to NI now.
2. What you can find on the website is what we have; out of stock items will be back in stock at some point, we do not know when.
POSTAGE:
We send our seeds via first class Royal Mail, but please note that next-day delivery is not 100% guaranteed. Please note it can take 5 - 6 days to despatch seed potatoes and onion sets.
Postage is only £2.39 for UK orders for any amount of seed packets.
Onion sets and seed potatoes are heavy items so postage is calculated accordingly:
Orders containing Onion Sets and/or Potatoes between 250g - 2kg £3.99
Orders containing Onion Sets and/or Potatoes between 2 - 10 kg £7.29
Orders containing Onion Sets and/or Potatoes over 10kg £11.59
So for example if you order 2 kg of seed potatoes it will cost £7.29 already as the packaging adds to the weight of the parcel so it will be over 2 kg.
PACKAGING:
Onion Set and Seed Potato packages should be opened upon arrival and layed out in a single layer on paper or cardboard in a cool dark, well ventilated place until planting or chitting.
The seeds are packed in a heat-sealed, resealable polyethylene bag and will arrive at your door in a padded envelope to ensure that the seeds are protected during the journey.

SEEDCOUNT:
Packets containing 60 seeds or less are manually counted. Packets containing more than 60 seeds are measured on high quality, hyper- sensitive scales to ensure that you receive the correct amount.
DISPATCH:
We aim to dispatch your order on the working day after we receive it. At peak times it can take 2-3 working days to process your order or longer if you ordered onion sets and seed potatoes. If you have any concerns about your order before or upon receipt please contact us through our contact us form. We will try to resolve any issues you may have. Our aim is customer satisfaction; we always work hard to provide you with a speedy, quality service.
