 <\/p>\n

Serves 8 as a starter:<\/p>\n

4 large carrots heart shaped<\/p>\n

4 onions sliced (crescents)<\/p>\n

2 liters of water<\/p>\n

4 cubes of chicken stock or ready  made<\/p>\n

2-3 chicken filets whole<\/p>\n

1 chili pepper<\/p>\n

Salt and pepper<\/p>\n

Handful of soup pasta<\/p>\n

Method:<\/p>\n

To see how I’ve cut my carrots into hearts, see this.<\/a><\/p>\n

Put in a large pan the water, onions, carrots, chicken, chili and the stock cubes<\/p>\n

Bring to the boil (but don\u2019t let is boil harshly as it will toughen up the chicken, just a simmer)<\/p>\n

Cook until vegetables and chicken are cooked.<\/p>\n

Remove chicken from the pan and let cool slightly before tearing the fillets into chunks, add the chunks back in the pan and add the pasta.<\/p>\n

Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until pasta is ready.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Serve with toasted bread I’ve cut with a cookie cutter into a heart shape as well.<\/p>\n

So cute \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

If you like a bit more color when you add the pasta throw in a handful of frozen peas as well.<\/p>\n
