By placing an order on our website you accept the following terms and conditions.

GUARANTEE

We promise to supply you with healthy, vigorous products.  If for any reason you are not 100 % happy with the goods upon receipt, please let us know within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have, by way of replacement or refund. We are only liable for the cost of products as displayed on the website.
In the case of a full refund we ask you to return the goods to us before the full refund can be given.
Seeds are live products; please handle them accordingly. The performance of the products is subject to growing conditions.  If any problem arises during the growing period, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to advise you. 


POSTAGE
 
We send our seeds via Royal Mail first class service, but please note that it is not a 100 % guaranteed next day delivery!

Postage cost is only £1.79  for UK orders and £3.49 for EU orders for any amount of packets.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders from outside the EU.

PACKAGING

At Seedparade we are committed to offering better value for money by providing larger quantities of top quality seeds at highly competitive prices. In order to keep cost down and because we care about the environment, we use only the necessary packaging to ensure that the product arrives safely at your door, and in great condition.

The seeds are packed in a heat-sealed, resealable polyethylene bag and will arrive at your door in a padded envelope to ensure that the seeds are protected during the journey. Please note that no sowing instructions are included with the seeds. We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day.
At peak times it can take up to 2-3 working days to process your order. If you have any concerns, before or upon receipt, please contact us at support@seedparade.co.uk to resolve any issues you may have with your order. Our aim is customer satisfaction; we always work hard to provide you with a speedy, quality service. 

AVAILABILITY

The goods are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that all listed products are held in stock. In the unlikely event that we cannot immediately supply you with a particular product, we will either refund you, offer advice about suitable substitutes, or supply you with your original choice as soon as it becomes available.

The information on our website is the best to our knowledge, to be followed as a general guide only. Environmental factors and growing conditions in your area will affect plant growth.  Compliance with EC Rules and Standards is ensured.

We leave this to the experts. At the checkout process we send you to SagePay’s website to enter your card details.
We also accept PayPal for faster payments. We reserve the rights to cancel orders in case of stock shortage, technical issues.
