Lettuce Marvel of four seasons can be grown all year around. The red curly leaves makes this lettuce very attractive. Fast growing variety with good size, compact heart. Slow to bolt. Great for autumn and spring sowing. Can be grown in semi shady areas.
Sow from early spring or in the autumn, 0.5 cm deep 30 cm apart. A rich, well-drained soil is recommended.Thin out to 25-35 cm apart as the seedlings appear. Water well in dry spells. Can be harvested at the leafy stage, or left to mature until the hearts form.
