My Chenzo F1 is colouring up :-D, needed watering, so don’t pay attention to leaves hanging, it’s doing well, it just get dry quickly.
I have taken 3-4 chillies to the greenhouse and applies foil under them as per suggestion of James Wong. Just a few as kind of sacrificial lambs, see how they do with these, still chilly nights, but they seem fine.
Don’t know why some stay smaller and others are reaching the 35cm . Some obvious small growing ones, like Razzamatazz, or patio fire, they don’t get big period, but others, even with the tomatoes, just lack behind. Same conditions, same sowing time, same food, same light, same love, I ‘m stumped…
my Tomatoes need to go outside, maybe next week, i’ve been monitoring night temperatures out here in Delft, the Netherlands, it’s looking good, I’m just chicken 😉
Anyway lots of work ahead, can’t wait till all greenhouses are full of plants, for me that’s the true start of the season, altough peas, beans, broadbeans, radishes are already outside, and some carrots and beets and chard are poking trough the soil already
