Serves 5
10 sheets of all butter puff pastry (10x10cm or cout a big sheet down)
500grams of beef minced meat
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
1 leek
1 onon
2-3 cloves of garlic
100grams of smoked bacon lardons
(olive) oil for the pan
1 egg
Salt and pepper, sweet paprika powder
1 chilli pepper
How:
Heat oil in the pan, put in the bacon and Brown, then add the minced meat and Brown and crumble this as well.
Meanwhile clean all vegetables and cut into 2-3cm pieces, put all vegetables, garlic and chilli pepper in a food processor and chop till very fine.
Take out meat from pan, add a bit more oil if neccessary and then soften the vegetables fora bout 5 minutes.
Return meat to the pan, season with salt and pepper and paprika.
Let cool completely.
Meanwhile defrost the puff pastry and beat the egg.
Heat oven to 220C
Brush egdes of puff pastry with egg
Place meat in the middle and cover with another sheet of pastry. Brush with egg and season with salt, press edges with a fork.
Put pastries on a greased baking sheet and bake in the hot oven for 13-15minutes until golden Brown.
