Golden Ball Turnip is a very hardy variety and keeps very well in the ground and after lifting too.
Round and compact roots; and smaller, compact plants. Excellent for exhibition work.
Sow the turnip golden ball seeds direct outside from late March - late June. Sow about 1 cm deep into a finely raked vegetable bed.
Keep the plants weed free. And thin out leaving 15 cm between the plants. Ready to lift in about 10 weeks after germination.
